program synopsis
The Bachelor in Human Resource Management program is designed to equip learners with essential management acumen necessary for assuming managerial positions in private as well as public sector organizations.
The curriculum is designed to produce graduates who are sensitive to the changing business environmental influences and responsive to new ideas in resolving emerging issues confronting business organizations.
In the inherently competitive business world, the successful companies of today and tomorrow are those that internalize values such as productivity, quality, service, competence, innovation and the like. These core values are incorporated into the program.
In order to qualify for the degree program, a minimum of 102 credit hours of courses is required. Of these, 98 credit hours are prescribed while the remaining 12 credit hours (equivalent to 4 courses) are to be chosen from the respective areas of specialization.
